Harvested from sustainable vineyards in Trentino and the central Venezie region, the grapes are gently crushed and fermented in cool temperatures to preserve aromatics. The wine is left to rest on the lees for a month, creating roundness and richness. The resulting wine is refreshing and zesty with a generous smack of minerality.
