Prosecco is more popular than ever. This effervescent wine made from Glera grapes harvested in Northeastern Italy’s region of Veneto provides the ultimate refreshment. Its simple stone fruit and citrus aromas accompanied by a tantalizing fizz is well suited for sipping on its own or to liven up a sparkling cocktail.
This wine is made from grapes harvested from cordon-trained vines planted in alluvial soils. After a soft press, the must is cooled and then fermented in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation occurs using the Charmat method.
TASTING NOTES
