In the southwest of France, Bordeaux is generally characterized by its famous red wines, but the lively and aromatic Sauvignon Blanc also has a home here in the maritime climate of the region.
This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from select vineyard sites in the Entre-deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. There, cooler summers and free draining soils of limestone help produce a wine with zippy acidity and lasting freshness. Bright, fruity and crisp on the palate, this Sauvignon Blanc is big bang for the buck!
TASTING NOTES
Pale lemon in color, this wine is bright, fruity, and crisp on the palate. Slightly herbal in character, with notes of fresh grapefruit, pineapple, and a touch of zesty lime. This wine finishes soft and creamy. Sip now on its own at a sunset picnic or alongside fresh goat cheese and a baguette.
